Warung Abang Man is remotely located in Sg. Penchala. Operated for more than 10 years, this hidden gem serves the best Ayam Goreng Sambal Hijau & Sambal Merah. The delicious sambal recipe came from late Abang Man’s mother. His wife, Kak Pah, tried this family’s recipe and found that it tasted very good. With her mother in law's blessing, Kak Pah decided to open a humble food stall and serve the Nasi Ayam Goreng Sambal Hijau & Sambal Merah to everyone in her community. After Abang Man passed away, Kak Pah runs Warung Abang Man by herself with the help of his son and 2 other staffs.

They have been running the business for more than 25 years, the business is now being handled by his 2 sons, Yap and his brother. Pratunam Chicken Rice is a traditional family recipe for Kim’s family. Originated from Thailand, Kim’s family brought over the recipe and only served it occasionally during special family occasions. On some occasions, Chester invited his friends to try this menu too. However, over the years, his family didn’t serve this menu as frequent as they used to and his friends also keep asking him when they can have the Pratunam Chicken Rice again as they can’t find it anywhere else in Malaysia. Backed with his passion on cooking and his love towards this special menu, Chester Kim decided to revive Pratunam Chicken Rice and spread the lovely taste to the public.
